BOOKING

Please book via BOOK NOW and proceed to checkout.
Up to 35 participants per camp will be accepted.

Participants will be accepted on a first come, first served basis.

A booking is complete when payment has been made and you have received an invoice.

We will then kindly ask you to fill in a digital form providing us with all needed information about the stay and your child/ren.

By completing a booking you also accept our Terms and Conditions.

Please note that once you have chosen the language course and afternoon program, booking changes can be made at an additional cost.

If we are forced to call off the camp for unforeseen reason e.g. if the minimum number of 10 participants is not reached, we are unable to provide neither substitute service nor compensation.

However, in such cases you will receive all payments back.

In general we recommend all parents to take out travel insurance by themselves, which would cover extra costs.

Although the fee includes all relevant expenses (ex. laundry service) it is advisable to have some pocket money for extras. We recommend € 40,00 per week.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Kindly be aware that in the event of a booking cancellation from your side, any expenses and fees incurred will be offset.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

We kindly ask all parents who drop off their children at our camp personally to do so between 3-7 pm.

Personal pick up from the camp on depature days is from 8-12 am.

Travel expenses and transfer from/to VIENNA / SALZBURG / INNSBRUCK / MUNICH / WÖRGL airport and/or railway station are not covered.

A transfer service can be arranged for an extra charge on fixed dates:

VIENNA & SALZBURG

Our staff meet campers at Vienna airport or Vienna main station and travel to Wörgl's train station by train.

Campers can also hop on or get off the train in Salzburg main station.

From Wörgl train station campers will be driven to the camp.

Duration Vienna - camp: 3,5 hours

Duration Salzburg - camp: 1,5 hours

Duration Wörgl - camp: 20 minutes

Transfer Fee VIENNA & SALZBURG

Vienna airport or railway station - Camp: 90,00 Euro one-way or 180,00 Euro round trip

Salzburg railway station - Camp: 50,00 Euro one-way or 100,00 Euro round trip

INNSBRUCK

Our staff meet campers at Innsbruck main station and travel to Wörgl's train station by train.

From Wörgl train station campers will be driven to the camp.

Duration Innsbruck - Camp: 1 hour

Duration Wörgl - Camp: 20 minutes

Innsbruck railway station - Camp: 70,00 Euro one-way or 140,00 Euro round trip

WÖRGL

Campers arriving at and departing from Wörgl train station will be picked-up / droped-off.

Wörgl railway station - Camp: 20,00 Euro one-way or 40,00 Euro round trip

All our transfers are accompanied by our staff.

Please inform us of your exact arrival and departure time before June 1st, 2024.

We can not guarantee a place in our accompanied shuttle service in case of later notification of arrival and departure details!

A personal health, accident and liability insurance is a mandatory requiement for each participant.
