BOOKING 

Please fill in the form under "Apply Now" and click submit.

You will receive a binding confirmation of application and payment details via email.

Up to 35 participants will be accepted per camp. Participants will be accepted in order of the reception of registration form.

You will be informed immediately if the camp is overbooked.

Although the fee includes all relevant expenses (ex. laundry service) it is advisable to have some pocket money for extras. We recommend € 25,00 per week.

If we are forced to call off the camp for unforeseen reason e.g. if the minimum number of 10 participants is not reached, we are unable to provide neither subsitute service nor compensation.

However, in such cases you will receive all payments back.

Payment - exempt of charges or must be paid subsequently.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE 

Travel expenses and airport shuttle from/to VIENNA or SALZBURG airport/railway station are not covered.

Shuttle service can be arranged for an extra charge on fixed dates:

TRANSFER FEE 

Vienna airport or railway station - Camp:    90,00 Euro one-way or 180,00 Euro round trip.

Salzburg airport or railway station - Camp: 70,00 Euro one-way or 140,00 Euro round trip.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF PROCEDURE

Participants flying to VIENNA airport will be picked up personally by our staff and travel directly from Vienna airport to Salzburg Main station by train. 

From Salzburg Main station children will be driven to the camp.

Participants flying to SALZBURG airport will be picked up personally by our staff and will be driven to the camp.

All our transfers are accompanied by our staff. 

Arrival/Departure details must be announced before June 1st, 2021.

We can't guarantee a place in accompanied shuttle service in case of later notification of arrival and departure details!

TERMS OF CANCELLATION  - Special COVID-19 Policy

- 45 days preterm:                             no cancellation fee

- 44 days up to 30 days preterm:       cancellation fee 25% of full amount

- 29 days up to 15 days preterm:       cancellation fee 50% of full amount

- 14 days up to 0 days preterm:         no refund

- early leaving:                                   no refund

- in case of "no show":                      no refund

We recommend to conclude a cancellation and travel insurance. 

HEALTH, ACCIDENT, LIABILITY INSURANCE 

A personal health, accident and liability insurance is a mandatory requiement for each participant. Further more participants should have a

• valid passport
• parents/guardians home, mobile and office phone number  
• TBE/FSME - tick bite vaccination is recommended

LAUNDRY  

Laundry service is not included an can be booked for 5,00€ per week.
